Work with the Community in Action team to design and implement your next group volunteer project in one of Rio’s favelas!
We have welcomed many volunteer groups throughout the years and always enjoy establishing new partnerships. We have worked with smaller groups of 5 or 10 and larger groups of 50 volunteers. Our Group Service projects can be customized based on your group’s interests and abilities. We work with each partner on a case-by-case basis to tailor social outreach initiatives based on specific objectives, always focusing on multiple simultaneous activities. This option is ideal for groups interested in team-building and/or groups with the strong desire to support grassroots community development programs.
Whether you are a youth leadership program, a purposeful travel organization, or a group of family and friends, participating in a social development project provides a valuable team building experience while supporting a local community. Our comprehensive volunteer package provides:
